Shipping Information

All packages are shipped from Texas. We process orders within 2 - 4 business days. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Shipping speed is dependent upon the carrier and we cannot make any promises on delivery dates, but, on average packages arrive within 2-4 business days of processing. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Route Package Protection is our preferred insurance and will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. If you remove the Route Package Protection from your order, your order will not be insured. We highly recommend purchasing the Route to insure your order!! 

If you opt-out of the Route shipping insurance your order is not protected against damage, loss, or theft. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged orders, please insure your order. If you have any questions regarding insurance please email us prior to submitting your order.
