Orders placed between November 15, 2025 and December 25, 2025 are eligible for return if the package is postmarked by January 5, 2026 or within 10 days of delivery, whichever is longer. All standard return requirements remain in effect. The only exception to our standard return policy is the extended return window. Returns are issued as store credit. Items must be unworn, in like new condition, and returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit only however; you must contact us and items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. For inventory purposes, we are unable to process returns as an exchange. Shipping charges will not be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Items must be returned unworn and in new condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. We highly recommend insuring your return! We accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. These are fragile/handmade pieces please do not ship them unprotected. *Please, please, please DO NOT send your return in an envelope or bag. These returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. When applicable, any additional packaging, shipping, and insurance costs will be deducted from your return.

ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes holiday sales and flash sale promotions.
Changes & Cancellations
To request a cancellation or change to your order, please contact us immediately at CustomerCare@CalliCoSilver.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which must be confirmed before we can proceed. Please watch for our email and respond promptly. We ship very quickly, and our customer service team must have time to communicate with our shipping team—if your order ships before the cancellation is confirmed, we will be unable to cancel it.
If you’ve received a shipping confirmation email, your order has already been pulled, packaged, and may already be in transit to the carrier. Orders can only be canceled prior to packaging and shipment.
We do our best to accommodate all requests, but please note: cancellations requested within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation are not guaranteed, as your order may already be in motion before we see your message.
