Ready to ship: 3-5 days. All items are ready to ship unless stated in the description.
Made to order: 2-4 weeks
Custom orders: 3-5 weeks from design completion.
If you need something sooner or would like an exact quote of handling/production times please let us know. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional nonrefundable fee.
Items are shipped USPS and tracking numbers will be provided via email once your item has shipped.
Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We accept no liability for information that is entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item.
Insurance is available at checkout for an additional fee. We highly recommend insuring you order!! We are not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged orders, please insure your order.
Lost packages must be reported immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it contact your local post office immediately! You will also need to report your package as missing online. To do so follow this link: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ then submit your tracking number and click the start button under the heading “Having an issue related to this tracking number?“
- Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Items can be returned for store credit or exchange only however; you must contact us and items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Items must be returned unworn and in new condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. We highly recommend insuring your return! We accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. These are fragile/handmade pieces please do not ship them unprotected.
All sales are final on custom order pieces. Returns are not usually accepted on customs but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Customer service is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us immediately. All items must be returned in their original condition. Items that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return for store credit or exchange.
- Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed or before the order ships. Once the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the handmade nature of our product each piece is unique and full of character. All of our products are made from .925 sterling and fine silver with other precious metal accents like gold, copper or brass. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected as nothing we produce is machine made.
All of the stones in our handmade collection are natural and may contain deposits of quartz, pyrite, calcite or various other minerals. They may also have an uneven shape or texture, thus adding to their beauty. Because our stones are natural they are delicate and should be treated as such. Avoid dropping your stones as they can fracture or crack. Calli Co. accepts no liability for broken stones.
Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. All of our items, unless otherwise requested, are given a patina to add to the character of the piece. We feel that a little bit of tarnish makes this even better. If you wish to remove the patina/tarnish you can do this easily with a polishing cloth or silver polish. Never use solvent, jewelry cleaners or steam cleaners as these will damage your stone.
Avoid washing your hands while wearing your jewelry. Avoid exposing your jewelry to heat or chemicals like ammonia or chlorine, most household cleaning products and products like lotions and oils.
We do not accept returns due to customer sizing errors. If you are not sure of your size, we have ring sizers available but recommend that you have your finger sized by a jeweler.
