Returns + Cancellations

Return Policy:

We accept returns for store credit only however; you must contact us and items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Items must be returned unworn and in new condition. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. We highly recommend insuring your return! We accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. These are fragile/handmade pieces please do not ship them unprotected. *Please, please, please DO NOT send your return in an envelope or bag. These returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes holiday sales and flash sale promotions. 


Cancellations:

Please contact us immediately at Callie@CalliCoSilver.com to request a change or cancellation and we will do our best to accommodate. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% fee.

Orders can only be canceled prior to packaging and shipping. Once the order has been packaged and shipped it cannot be canceled.
