While our sterling silver and turquoise pieces are handmade by talented Native American artists, we want to ensure our customers understand that our new gold filled jewelry is machine made by skilled jewelers but is not Native American made.

All packages are shipped from Texas. We process orders within 2 - 4 business days. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Shipping speed is dependent upon the carrier and we cannot make any promises on delivery dates, but, on average packages arrive within 2-4 business days of processing. Please note that the delivery time quoted at checkout is an estimate of the delivery time only. It does not include the processing time. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Route Package Protection is our preferred insurance and will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. If you remove the Route Package Protection from your order, your order will not be insured. We highly recommend purchasing the Route to insure your order!! 

If you opt-out of the Route shipping insurance your order is not protected against damage, loss, or theft. We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged orders, please insure your order. If you have any questions regarding insurance please email us prior to submitting your order. 

Please notify us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We tend to ship very quickly and cannot guarantee that an address change will be processed prior to shipping but will do our best to accommodate you.

To keep your gold-filled jewelry looking its best, follow these simple care tips:

1. Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Gold-filled jewelry can be sensitive to harsh chemicals found in household cleaners, hand sanitizers, perfumes, lotions, and chlorine. Always remove your jewelry before applying beauty products or swimming in chlorinated water.

2. Clean Gently

Regular cleaning helps maintain the shine of gold-filled jewelry. Use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or a soft-bristle toothbrush to gently clean your pieces. Avoid abrasive cleaners or rough scrubbing, as this can damage the gold layer.

3. Store Properly

To prevent scratches and tarnishing, store your gold-filled jewelry in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box. Keeping pieces separate prevents them from rubbing against each other and causing wear.

4. Remove Before Showering or Exercising

Sweat, soap, and body oils can affect the longevity of your jewelry. It’s best to take off your gold-filled pieces before showering, exercising, or engaging in activities that cause heavy perspiration.

5. Polish Occasionally

If your jewelry starts to lose its luster, gently polish it with a jewelry polishing cloth. This helps remove any buildup and restores its shine without causing damage.

Measurements for necklaces and bracelets are taken from end to end.  If you require the exact measurements of a piece or have measurement questions feel free to contact us.

All of our gold filled pieces consist of a thick layer of solid gold (typically 14k or 18k) that is pressure-bonded to a base metal of silver. Unlike gold plating, which has a thin layer of gold that can wear off quickly, gold-filled jewelry contains 100 times more gold than plated pieces, making it more durable and resistant to tarnishing.

All of the stones in our collections are genuine and may contain deposits of quartz, pyrite, calcite, or various other minerals. They may also have an uneven shape or texture, thus adding to their beauty. Because our stones are genuine they are delicate and should be treated as such. Avoid dropping your stones as they can fracture or crack. Calli Co. accepts no liability for broken stones. 

If you are not sure of your size, we have ring sizers available but recommend that you have your finger sized by a jeweler. 

We accept returns for store credit only however; you must contact us and items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. For inventory purposes we are unable to process returns as an exchange. Shipping charges will not be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
