Shipping speed is dependent upon the carrier and we cannot make any promises on delivery dates, but, on average packages arrive within 2-4 business days of processing. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Route Package Protection is our preferred insurance and will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. If you remove the Route Package Protection from your order, your order will not be insured. We highly recommend purchasing the Route to insure your order!!

How to Care for your Sterling and Stone Jewelry
Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. All of our items, unless otherwise requested, are given a patina to add to the character of the piece. We feel that a little bit of tarnish makes this even better. If you wish to remove the patina/tarnish you can do this easily with a polishing cloth. Never use solvent, jewelry cleaners, or steam cleaners as these may damage your piece.
Do not get your jewelry wet. Water, hand sanitizer, and any type of liquid product can change the color of natural stones or cause stones to loosen. Always remove rings before washing your hands or using hand sanitizer or lotions. Native American artists use sawdust to set their stones and when wet the sawdust can expand and cause damage to the piece. Avoid exposing your jewelry to heat or chemicals like ammonia or chlorine, most household cleaning products, and products like lotions and oils.
Under no circumstances should you expose an inlay piece to any type of water or moisture. Inlaid stones are delicately set and can be displaced from exposure to moisture. If you have further questions about how to care for your handmade pieces please email us.

Please note all of our silver pieces and clasps are hand finished. For this reason, finish/patina can vary from batch to batch.
Due to the handmade nature of our product each piece is unique and full of character. We do our best to add the exact measurements of each piece in the item descriptions but measurements may vary slightly from batch to batch and piece to piece as there is no exact science to handmade items. Measurements for necklaces and bracelets are taken from end to end. If you require the exact measurements of a piece or have measurement questions feel free to contact us.
All of our products are made from .925 sterling and fine silver with other precious metal accents like gold, copper, or brass. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected.
All of the stones in our handmade collection are genuine and may contain deposits of quartz, pyrite, calcite, or various other minerals. They may also have an uneven shape or texture, thus adding to their beauty. Because our stones are genuine they are delicate and should be treated as such. Avoid dropping your stones as they can fracture or crack. Calli Co. accepts no liability for broken stones.
If you are not sure of your size, we have ring sizers available but recommend that you have your finger sized by a jeweler.

Orders placed from November 1, 2024 through December 25, 2024 will be eligible for return if postmarked by January 10, 2025. We accept returns for store credit only. For inventory purposes we are unable to process returns as an exchange.
