Yes, points expire after 1 year. However, you can redeem them up until their expiration date and use the discount code up to 6 months after redemption.

No, you can only have one Calli Co Rewards account and one login. Only one account per person may accumulate points and you may only use one email address per account.

You can spend your rewards by accumulating a minimum of 300 points (or wait to accumulate more and spend on a bigger purchase!) and then redeem them for a discount code.

Discount codes are redeemable on purchases of $200 or more cannot be combined with any other coupon code or be used to purchase a gift card. They also cannot be used on sale or clearance items.

Once you've earned a reward, the code will remain in your reward account until you redeem it. Each code is single use and balances cannot carry over.

The code cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or other sales we may have going on.

Points are only earned on merchandise totals; taxes, shipping and purchases made with an e-gift card or account credit are not eligible to earn points.

Before placing your order on our website, be sure to sign into your account. As long as the email you signed up with is the same email you use at checkout, your points will be automatically added to your account total.

If you return an order for any reason, the points from the original purchase will be deducted from your account balance.
